Paul Charlton - President & CEO, Founder
Mr. Charlton has over 25 years of industry experience, in addition to founding Services ByIQ, he has founded numerous other high tech companies including one which was sold in 1998 for over $150MM. His background includes the design, implementation, and delivery of over 30 products for numerous startups and well known companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Chase Manhattan Bank, Intuit, Apple Computer and Sun Microsystems. Several of those products are used by hundreds of millions of individuals on a daily basis and form the cornerstone of the ongoing strategic technology platform for companies whose market capitalization is in excess of $60 billion.

Mr. Charlton also has personally authored over over 1,500,000 lines of concise source code and has been awarded multiple US Patents.
Mikey Butler - VP Optimal Software Development
As our practice area leader for optimal software development, Mikey has over 15 years of experience directly managing onshore/offshore teams and overall Software Development Lifecycle processes and will partner with you to create optimal processes for your organizational needs. His hands-on immersion approach involves direct daily embedding of our consultants within your offshore and onshore teams to create effective processes which are durable and scale to future development efforts. His primary goal is to serve as an expert adviser to our client's management and establish measurable initiatives that reduce and optimize the hard and soft costs associated with offshore, outsourced and traditional software development.
Prior to joining Services ByIQ, Mikey has held senior management positions at Intuit, SAP, BEA, and Sybase for products such as QuickBooks, NetWeaver, SAP, WebLogic and SQL Server. In those roles, Mikey focused on software quality and the creation of effective worldwide development teams for development organizations containing over 700 engineers. Mikey also became an experienced world-wide traveller and frequently visited over 20 international software development centers in countries such as India, Germany, Phillipines, Israel, and China.
Jerry T. Brown - Board of Advisors
Jerry is the current Chairman of the South Bay .NET user group a 4,000 member non-profit organization focused on building its member's .NET expertise.
He is also the president of two private consulting companies, Invensoar and Win-Web Experts, which provide .NET development services for Windows and Web based applications, as well as training classes for architects and developers using .NET technologies.
